At the Reginals held in Llandudno in March we were placed third. This result was enough for us to be moved up into the third section next year.

Rhyl Silver Band are a Fourth Section Brass Band from North Wales. We are a progressive, friendly, contesting brass band comprising of a good mixture of both adult and young players and we always welcome new players of any standard. The Band undertakes engagements and provides musical services at village fetes and galas, annual country shows, churches and any special occasion where its services are required. Please look around our site to find information on players, upcoming events and our history. The Rhyl Silver Band strives to serve the local community and to provide a forum for musicians of any age who enjoy playing music in an ensemble. We endeavor to encourage the development of new players and provide instruments and musical tuition. Claire Burman who has become a familiar face at village fates and fairs from Prestatyn to Bangor running a tombola stall to raise funds for and to publicize the band was nominated “bands person of the year” at the bands AGM on Saturday.it was presented to her by the chairman Bryan Dunt |
